finetunes is currently in beta testing phase and available free of charge. We provide businesses with access to license-cleared music suitable for public performance and commercial environments.

One account per email address. No simultaneous multi-session logins allowed. Users must provide accurate business information upon registration. Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

You MAY: - Stream music within your business premises - Use our music for public performance You MAY NOT: - Download, extract, or copy music from our platform - Share your account login credentials with others - Attempt to reverse engineer or attack our platform systems

1.5.1 Copyright Guarantee for SaaS Subscribers For finetunes SaaS (Software as a Service) package subscribers at 399 THB per month or 3,990 THB per year, including users during the free trial period, the Company guarantees that: - The Company owns or has legally obtained proper licensing for all music available on the finetunes platform - All music has complete Public Performance Rights licensing - Subscribers may play this music at their business venues or service points for commercial purposes without worrying about copyright infringement 1.5.2 Scope of Use This guarantee applies when: - The user has an active subscription status or is within the free trial period - Music playback follows the usage conditions specified in Section 1.4 - No downloading, copying, or distributing music outside the platform - Usage is within the registered business premises or service areas 1.5.3 User Protection If any copyright dispute arises from the use of music on the finetunes platform within the scope defined in Sections 1.5.1 and 1.5.2, the Company will be responsible for managing and assuming liability for such disputes. Subscribers shall bear no responsibility whatsoever. 1.5.4 Exceptions This guarantee does not cover: - Use of music that violates the Acceptable Use conditions (Section 1.4) - Use of music after the account has been terminated or membership has expired - Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works from the music - Use of music beyond public playback at business premises, such as use in advertisements, videos, or other content production

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts for: - Fraudulent activity - Account sharing - Attempting to download or extract music - Violation of these terms

As we transition from beta to full service, we will introduce various subscription models including free trials, freemium options, and paid plans. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing structure.

Our service is provided "as is". While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any business disruption caused by service outages.

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

We collect the following information to provide and improve our service: Personal Information: Name, email address Business Information: Business name, music preferences, and business tax ID and location (if provided) Usage Data: Streaming history, platform interactions Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

We use your information to: - Provide and maintain the finetunes service - Process account registration and authentication - Send service-related communications - Improve our platform and user experience - Comply with legal obligations - Send marketing communications (with your consent)

We DO NOT sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances: Music Licensors: We share aggregated and anonymized listening statistics with music labels and copyright holders for usage reporting. This data does not contain any personal information. Technology Providers: We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and Facebook Pixel to analyze and improve our service quality. These tools may collect technical and behavioral usage data. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and interests of the Company.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
