Every track on finetunes is cleared for commercial and public-performance use in Thailand. Subscriptions cover all licensing fees. There are no per-track charges, no separate royalty payments, and no hidden costs. We issue a licensed-music certificate and sticker so the venue can display proof on-site. **Why can't I just use Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music in my business?** Consumer streaming services (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music) license tracks for **personal** use only. Playing them in a venue open to the public is a copyright violation under Thai law and exposes the business to fines and takedown notices from rights holders or PROs (performing rights organizations). finetunes licenses tracks for commercial and public-performance use, so the venue is covered. **For Enterprise: how does licensing work across many play points?** Every playback is logged, so there's no licensing exposure at any branch. If the business needs additional licensing on top of standard background-music rights — for live events, custom in-house brand jingles, or anything outside standard background music — the client can handle it directly, or finetunes can take care of it as a one-stop service. --- ## Common questions (FAQ) **How much does finetunes cost?** Standalone is 399 THB/month plus VAT (annual plan ~332.50 THB/month). Enterprise is custom — contact sales. **How does the free trial work?** 14 days, full access to all features and the complete music library. No credit card required to start. Cancel anytime during the trial. **What devices does finetunes work on?** Any device with a modern web browser — smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops. Open https://play.finetunes.app and stream. No app download. **What internet speed do I need?** Minimum 1 Mbps for high-quality streaming. Most business internet plans are more than enough. A stable Wi-Fi or wired connection is recommended. **What happens if my internet drops?** The currently playing track keeps going from the buffer. Streaming resumes automatically when the connection is restored. **Can I schedule different playlists for different times of day?** Yes. The dashboard supports scheduling — set a morning chill playlist, an upbeat lunch set, and an evening ambience block, and the music runs on autopilot. **Can I create custom playlists?** Yes.
